I was expecting the writing to be bigger and more fancy still looks nice but wanted to really stand out really need to look at to really notice what it says in the pic in the green for this company and black from different company
Thanks for your feedback, Mel. We personalized your tumbler based on the preview you selected, and there are a few reasons why it might not stand out as much as you hoped:
1. The seafoam green tumbler you chose tends to show lighter steel writing, whereas black tumblers make the steel writing more prominent.
2. The black tumbler you mentioned has multiple fonts and sizes, while your selection uses a single font and size. Our personalization tool doesn’t allow for different fonts and sizes for each word. We could have increased the size, but we were not aware of your preference.
3. Since we didn’t know you were comparing different settings, we matched the font size based on the preview you selected. If you had left notes at checkout or contacted us via email or chat, we could have adjusted the size or provided guidance.
