We can personalise all products except: products that are of stainless steel colour, Candles and accessories.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before the engraving process begins. Please reach out to us as soon as possible via the chat button on the bottom right or emails us at hello@alcoholder.com.au.

We try to accomodate the change as long as the product is not already lasered.

Unfortunately once the product is lasered we cannot accept returns for change of mind. That said if there is a product issue, we can still offer a refund or fix it where we can.

It's only $9.95 per product to personalise. How good is that!

Yes, you can view a real-time preview of your design before finalising your order.

Most of the times we will do it and ship in 24 business hours.

We offer a selection of popular fonts, which you can choose from during the customisation process.

There is no limit; you can customise as many products as you wish in a single order.
