Apart from the fact that the item is fairly heavy and you can't exactly fold it up and put it in your pocket,it does keep the beer cold.I think it is better suited to those drinkers that stay in the one place to have a drink as opposed to wandering around and not being able to put it in your pocket.

Mug good size and keeps coffee hot for around 3 hours, won't fit in car cup holder for travelling though. A smaller base would be perfect cheers.
